Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $150 will be required to book your training sessions. This deposit will be applied to the agreed upon payment for your training. Remaining amount of training is due prior to the end of your first session. All payments should be paid in full for the entire package discussed.

Scheduling and Cancelation Policy In-Home Sessions

All training sessions are tailored around each clients individual availability. Before sessions are booked all dates and times are approved by the client. Once booked session reminders are sent out each week via text and email.

Because sessions are booked months in advance it can be difficult to reschedule sessions. While I try my best to keep sessions consecutive, rescheduled sessions will be done based on earliest availability.

Cancelations within 48 hours of a session will be subject to a $40 rescheduling fee. If too many cancelations occur (3) all cancelations will be subject to a $40 rescheduling fee regardless of when noice is given. Refunds for private sessions will not be given after sessions have begun.

Scheduling and Cancelation Policy Group Sessions

Group sessions are available to past or current clients only. Sessions are held on Saturdays. Sessions must be pay for to reserve a spot by Wednesday (3 days prior to session). Canceled sessions post Wednesday won’t be refunded.

Scheduling and Cancelation Policy AKC Puppy Program Sessions

AKC Puppy Program will be an in-person program held at the discussed location for the sessions. Full payment for all seven sessions must be paid for to reserve your spot for the program. Cancelations within 5 days to start of program will not be refunded. Partial payment will not be given if classes are missed.
